BCS Healthcare Group is looking for new graduates whose philosophy is aligned and who have a strong focus on patient centered care.



Our New Graduate Program is designed to enhance the transition of new Healthcare Professionals into their desired setting. In combination with one–on–one precepting and working with department educators, new graduate will be presented to facilities that have strong training programs that is designed to introduce them to their new role. In addition to providing hands on training to equipment and procedures specific to our Hospital Systems/Medical Centers/Private Practice participants will build a strong social support group that reinforces the team experience.

We are always looking for the best and brightest Healthcare NEW Grads. If you are a NEW GRAD wishing to further advance your clinical skills you will find the support and opportunities for all clinical specializations including most advanced certifications and program development with BCS. New grads will find the opportunity to learn and to be challenged to become skilled clinicians. You will have skilled mentors who demonstrate professional ethics and the interpersonal characteristics needed to further develop into tomorrow’s premier therapists. Excellent salary and benefits.

All eligible candidates must:

  • Be a graduate of CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Possess license (this may be temporary where applicable) by state board in which clinical practice for residency will occur.
  • Meet employment standards BCS Healthcare Group

**Consideration will be given based on academic experience, clinical experience within orthopaedics, community involvement and research.

    • What do you wish to gain through participation in this clinical residency?
    • What are your future plans in the area of orthopedic physical therapy?

 

  • Curriculum Vitae, which provides the following information:
    • Personal Data (e.g., name, email address, mailing address, phone number)
    • Academic education (e.g., undergraduate, professional, and post professional education)
    • Clinical education (e.g., extended internship, clinical supervision, continuing professional education)
    • Description of clinical experiences. Please include the following information, if pertinent, for each organization in which you have performed direct patient care: Name, address, and phone number of the facility, name of your clinical supervisor, type of facility, job description, date employed (or dates of internship)
    • Other relevant information such as research, teaching and/or community service experiences
